Energize Workout
This combination of exercises, performed with the assistance of a chair, allows you to challenge yourself by incorporating light weights.
Similar to the Vitalize Workout, the Energize Workout reviews how to assess your heart rate, the importance of posture and ways to stay cool while exercising. The total workout is about 52 minutes long and can be completed in a series of circuits. These circuits combine workouts that are performed from a chair and workouts that are performed while standing or lying down. The Energize Workout is designed for days when you want to challenge yourself a bit more physically as it incorporates some standing exercises and light weights, which can help strengthen arm, back, leg and core muscles.
