With Biogen Idec Nurse Services, a nurse will come directly to your home, at no cost to you and provide added support with free in-home training and personalized MS counseling.
Nurses are available within the United States to:
- Provide personal training in the comfort of your own home. A nurse can help you feel more at ease with your diagnosis and at any time while on MS treatment. They will guide you and your care partner through your initial stages of treatment and the administration process, in your home or other agreed upon location.
- Follow up with future in-home visits to ensure proper injection technique. If you experience any future injection issues as you continue with treatment, your nurse will return to your home—at no cost to you.
- Offer valuable phone counseling 7 days a week. Learning to live well with MS is an ongoing process. Your nurse can provide answers to your questions about MS and treatment.
- Counsel you on your MS symptoms or common manageable side effects. Your nurse can provide you with the valuable support you need.
