MS Treatment Support
When choosing a multiple sclerosis treatment, you may want to consider an option that provides support throughout your therapy. Multiple sclerosis is a long-term, chronic condition, and the more help you get, the easier it will be.
Some MS treatments, like AVONEX® (Interferon beta-1a), offer nurse support to assist with your treatment, including help with injections and managing side effects.
The nurse can provide you with a better understanding of MS, as well as help you set and adhere to your therapy goals. Additionally, the MS nurses are available to play an ongoing role in your therapy management. They are available for ongoing training and support throughout the course of your therapy.
Other ongoing-therapy services include reimbursement assistance, educational materials, live events, call centers and more. These kinds of services can offer much needed support and important information to help you manage your MS symptoms.
Talk to your doctor about ongoing therapy support. He or she may be able to help you find an MS treatment that offers these added benefits. You can also call MS ActiveSource toll free at 1-800-456-2255 to learn more. Call Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (ET).
