Nurse Services

MS ActiveSource offers home nurse visits for people taking a Biogen Idec MS treatment. These ActiveNurses are also available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can answer many of your MS questions.

ActiveNurses are available within the United States to:

• Provide personal injection instructions in the comfort of your own home. A nurse can help you feel more at ease with your diagnosis and MS treatment. They will counsel you and your care-partner through your initial stages of treatment, as well as the administration process, and common manageable side effects. This can happen in your home or at another other agreed-upon location.
• Follow up with future in-home visits to ensure proper injection technique. If you experience any future injection concerns as you continue with treatment, your nurse will return to your home — at no cost to you.
• Offer valuable phone counseling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Learning to live well with MS is an ongoing process. Your nurse can provide answers to your questions about MS treatment, common symptoms, and managing side effects.
