Vitalize Workout
The Vitalize Workout provides an introduction to the essentials of exercise while seated in a chair. Katrina reviews how to assess your heart rate, the importance of posture, and ways to stay cool — including breathing techniques, hydration, what to wear, and how to modify workouts to fit your specific needs. The total workout is about 42 minutes and can be completed in a series of circuits, all performed while sitting in a chair. You can modify the routines or split into sections. The exercises focus on building arm, pelvic, back, leg and shoulder strength, as well as strengthening the core.
